Speed control command in timetable editor
This is a timetable feature request.
Allow function or command to set maximum speed per train. ie: $speed=28.8 (meter per second)
This is to simulate different speed restricitions per train. My Plan is to use command instead of the .con file value.
This could be optional. If no value set, maximum velocitiy of the train is determined as usual via .con file.
This can be applied in the #Note row. ( $speed=n , where n is meter per second )

Extended sugggestion :
create separate field, #speed.
Allow speed setting for various situations :
$max : maximum speed for this train
$cruise : normal cruise speed, which is used as max. speed if train is running on time
This parameter requires additional value : maxdelay, which is the delay at which the train will be allowed to increase speed to maximum speed
$creep : speed at which train approaches signal at danger, station stop etc.
$attach : speed at which train attaches to other train
$detach : speed at which train moves away from other train when detaching, if detaching train has power (e.g. when detaching multiple units)
Also, allow the use for /maxspeed in #dispose row for stable and runround definitions.
