Train Driving UI window

This blueprint is similar to the current web TrainDrivingInfo feature, but in the main display window.
The Train Driving Info window uses the <Ctrl+F5> keys sequence to be visible.
There are two modes, the full text mode and the abbreviated text mode, which are toggled by clicking the yellow symbol at the top right window.
When the “Multi-player” mode is used, a new window will be display to show the “Multi-player” info in full text mode.
