Tonnage/Load information in HUD

I will be adding weight information to the Consist Information HUD that will be showing weight being pulled by the locomotives. This will be counted by including WagonType: Freight and Passenger. Per forum discussion, the initial header Tonnage will be changed to Load since this name is recognized elsewhere. This is already completed. I am in the final testing stage.
