Setting of Activity Options by Activity Creator

This feature is to allow activity creator to override activity related options in the users environment when running a specific activity.

This will ensure that the users experience is the same as the creators experience and thus return a consistent outcome.

Any changes to options will only apply during the activity operation and will not be recorded permanently.
