Sync turntables and transfertables in multiplayer mode

In multiplayer mode, when a player rotates a turntable (with or without a consist on it), such turntable and the related consist, if any, is seen rotating also by the other players. At the end of the rotation all players will see turntable and consist in the same position. Analogous behaviour occurs to transfertables.
