Moving spotter hazzard
Up to this point, the animal which is animated is the only hazzard object that moves. The spotter under the person category is not set up under MSTS to move, but can be done. Under OR, the spotter is not officially part of the hazzard process. This will be duplicating MSTS in how the haz file is set up. Both Speed and Distance must be set and the second value under the scarper key must not be 9000. Under MSTS, the spotter will move with the 9000 value, but not correctly. Up to this point, the hazzard process has been improved. 2 bug fixes as well as this. If anything else needs to be done, I will indicate it here.

This project has been completed. The goal of properly animating the hazzard objects was achieved. There is one item that I have been unable to figure out and that is the monitoring of the terrain under the object. Blueprint was never updated to reflect this.
