Separate MultiTTPreInfo and MultiTTInfo and use common parser

Both MultiTTPreInfo and MultiTTInfo use the same parsing technique of scanning lines, looking for non-empty, non-comment lines and using the result lines as straight data. They should be factored out in to a common parser and appropriate wrappers with the slightly different behaviour needed.
