Capture a screenshot to the clipboard

Currently, the Print Screen function captures the screenshot directly to a file on disk. In some cases, it is more useful to just have the image in the clipboard to allow pasting in to specific applications, which will manage any storage. This blueprint is about adding a function which directly captures the screenshot into the clipboard. The proposed shortcut is Alt + Print Screen, to mimic the default behaviour of Windows but with the added benefit of no black message bars.
