Add non-English documents to Menu

The Manual has been translated into Spanish and has been maintained since 2015.

This feature inserts into the Menu > Documents drop-down any documents which have been translated where the language of the document matches the language chosen in Menu > Options > General > Language

The translated documents must be stored in the folder \Documentation\<code>\ where <code> is a code for the language, such as "es" for Spanish

To distinguish a document (e.g. Manual.pdf) from the English version, the translated document is identified as Spanish with a code suffix such as:

Manual.pdf [es]
