Access documentation from menu

Open Rails comes with a variety of useful documentation, most specifically the manual itself, but provides no access to them from the menu. The installer drops a link to the manual in to the Start Menu but that's all. I believe a button similar to the existing "Tools" drop-down button that listed the available documentation would be useful to people, particularly those using the Testing builds (which come with documentation but not installers).
