Improved loading screen for routes

 - Read the load screen file name from .trk file
 - Read .dds file if present instead of .ace
 - Add a new OrtsLoadingScreenWide parameter for a widescreen start screen to display on widescreen monitor

If parameters or files are missing the program revert to load.ace screen
