Scroll extended F5 information (for long trains) and ability to highlight a line

The HUD extended information (F5), initially was for debugging purposes, but right now this information is considered very useful for the users even more with the continuous improvements provided by the Train Forces information.

With this information growing, usually the columns and/or lines required are often truncated at the display time because they do not fit on the screen.

One way to allow access to all this information without the screen size limit would be to apply a scroll process to the HUD extended information.
The scroll feature would apply to the Consist, Locomotive, Brake, Force and Dispatcher information.
