We've asked the Teach2000 developer who is also the driver of woordjesleren.nl on their API, in the meantime we've got some information by monitoring Teach2000 itself:

All GET requests, Teach2000 uses HTTP/1.1 and it's user agent is 'Teach2000 (Version 8.52; http://www.teach.nl)' if needed.

The above urls also work for vocatrain.com (e.g. http://www.vocatrain.com/api/select_categories.php)

The funny thing is that without app-identifier and version it works equally well, and we can't get blocked. But let's use the app-identifier anyway to be sure.
