Learning topography using OpenTeacher
Allows somebody to select a point at a map, and give it a (place)name. Next, it's allows that person to learn the location of the places.

Ready to be used now. Only needs good testing. More features can be added if desired.
Topography will be included by default in the 3.x module, since it's a very cool feature which makes OpenTeacher unique compared to the competition.
There has been much progress recently, todo:
- (IMPLEMENTED) Get more maps
- (SUPERSEDED) Results dialog (replaced by universal module)
