BUGS:
- Sometimes does not pronounce at all. newItem event doesn't even seem to be emitted (although it does, because it is going to a next question). Not sure if this is a bug in the lesson module, the lessonTypes, or the tts.
TODO:
- (IMPLEMENTED: from settings menu) Select voice (from settings menu is best I think. Although it's likely that someone would want to change the voice to another language all the time, another question to the user before starting the test would be too annoying.)
