In Teach2000 they made a algorithm to repeat words based on words you have not passed.
OpenTeacher should have a similar feature.

The trunks since rev 14 have a words filter that lets you test only the questions you never answered correctly.
Since rev. 99 the 'smart' mode was added. And that implements this blueprint.
