Move away from QtWebKit to QtWebEngine

This is going to be the next 'Qt 4 is leaving the repos, switch now to Qt 5!' moment. QtWebKit is already deprecated upstream, but at the same time QtWebEngine is not yet in most linux repos.

Whiteboard
Problem: QtWebEngine won't be in most linux distros. For now, both are supported. Depending on if Canonical keeps supporting it now the convergence thing is history, adding support for oxide-qt might or might not be a good idea long term. Closing for now.
