Make IO-bound stuff threaded

Make saving, loading, wrds, vocatrain & flashcardexchange.com threaded. This way, the GUI won't hang when saving/loading big files (complete movies in media :P?) or when having a slow internet connection (WRDS, vocatrain, flashcardexchange.com). Probably also for the test modules, which rely on a server too...
