Fixing the GUI: letter input box, learn-tab, etc.

The GUI has evolved a bit since OT 1.0, and before the 2.0, it's needed to look everything over once, and fix also the input box. (And the learn-tab, some things aren't in a layout there.)

Started with this today, I am rebuilding the GUI entirely, however it looks just like it did before. Also it adds some splitters, which allow the user to customize the GUI. These customisations are saved inside the settings.
And finished it today, which is the next day, which is 2 oct 2010. It can have a bug somewhere, but it's a major improvement.
