Web UI to explore pooled infrastructure artifacts

The goal is to develop a simple web UI interface for exploring pooled infrastructure artifacts. This UI talks to the Redfish API (https://www.dmtf.org/standards/redfish) for displaying resources such as pods, racks, systems, "pre-composed" nodes etc as exposed by this API. Redfish API is an open industry standard API supported by multiple companies.

For initial development we only support exploring but not composing nodes. This BP also does not deal with the actual OpenStack deployment.

See below a sample UI page which displays pods, racks, systems, composed nodes etc. Please note that the UI themes (background, color etc) might be different than what is shown in the below snapshots.
