[Horizon] Update Design of OpenStack Dashboard's Overview page with Ceilometer support
There are a few pieces to this blueprint:
1) The view that a self-service user would see of their dashboard.
2) The view that an admin user would see of their dashboard.
3) The information users would see if they drill in further from the dashboard.
The design work being done aims to paint a story for all of these interactions.

Currently being designed. This will include the "Resource Usage Details" information that currently exists in Horizon. Also, there is a goal to show information to users about Alerts here as well.
