Separate folders for books
XML files of Training gudies are mashed under the doc folder. This makes it
difficult to understand the layout of the repository. To make it easier to
manage the content, each guide will be classified under its folder.The XML files
will lie under the respective book. This should address keep the repository sane
and also easier to manage. For example, `Associate Guide's` current location is
`../doc/
to `../doc/
