Add support for Server Actions in Compute API

The current implementation is missing the server actions, that are currently supported by the v2 api (see below).
Server Actions:
reboot
changepassword
rebuild
resize
confirm resize server
revert resize server
create image (this might not be possible, because of a connection dependency to the image service)
