Full Fidelity Meta-data support between WinFS & Swift

When users are copying files to and from Swift they should expect any meta-data assigned to the file to be preserved when the operation completes. A bi-directional method to both read and write meta-data between Swift and WinFS is required. Consider looking into ADS to solve this. http://
from Swiftto files stored in WinFS volumes is required (think ADS)
