Support REcursive Deletes

With our previous implementation Users could easily delete a folder even if files resided within. The UI is responsible for prompting the User of the situation. This operation would be a lot easier for devs if they could simply pass in a folder location and the API would recursively delete all StorageItems (including sub folders). The same goes with Containers.
