Changing how GetStorageObject returns manifests. Manifests will now be displayed with the details of the object they represent, instead of the details of the manifest itself. If the consumer wants to see the details of the manifest itself, they should use

Refactoring the ability to get a public endpoint from the storage service client to the service catalog itself. Adding unit tests for the new/refactored code, and removing the endpoint resolver infra for now.
