Create and publish a nuget package for the SDK

A Nuget package is needed in order for consumers to easily install/include the SDK in their projects. Ideally we should add code to generate the package as part of the build (using a .nuspec perhaps) and then publish periodic updates to the package when a new 'release' of the SDK is available.
