Re-document Xen integration with OpenStack
The ability to run Xen with OpenStack has been poorly documented for a while, with about 30 bugs currently assigned to fix it - most of which have not been touched in more than a year. Find a new maintainer for Xen documentation, and ensure installation and configuration is up to par with other hypervisors.
