Create Stand-alone OpenStack Networking Guide

Because networking in OpenStack is both critical and immensely complex, we are creating a stand-alone guide for those who need information on how to install, configure, and use networking. This book is not meant to contain a massive amount of new information; instead it will include the relevant information from other books potentially with more contextual information so people can gain a deep understanding of the topic. (Most of this new content will be added to the books from which content will be included.)
