Have a common documentation for common settings (keystone, messaging)
The OpenStack components share some common configuration elements that could be documented in more detail. This is the case for the messaging services (oslo.messaging) and keystone token authentication.
The idea is to have one new section for each common element, and reference these sections in each component documentation.
The tables listing the common options for each component should still be available in each component section.
