Bigswitch Neutron Router Rules Advanced feature

The Bigswitch Neutron plugin exposes a routing rules extension. This RouterRules have the following attributes:
source [CIDR or any]
destination [CIDR or any]
next-hop [list of IP addresses]
action (permit/deny)
"any" is a reserved word for source and destination.
These RouterRules are be set by the user to enable routing between specific subnets (and to the external network).
