Basic Bootstraping for OpenStack Charts
This blueprint proposes creating a consistent bootstrapping request framework across all OpenStack-Helm charts.
OpenStack-Helm deploys vanilla versions of OpenStack services. Users wishing to deploy a functional cloud will need some basic items, and we want to provide a mechanism to load these at chart install.
