Develop centralized logging solution for OpenStack-Helm
Develop centralized logging solution for OpenStack-Helm. This solution would include the follow components: fluent-bit, fluentd, elasticsearch, and kibana. Fluent-bit should run as a daemonset on each host and forward aggregated logs to fluentd, which will then be configured to route the logs to elasticsearch and any other desired destination. Kibana will be used to visualize the logs by default
