Openstack Bexar release process

Registered by Thierry Carrez

This session is about the release process that Openstack should follow for the Bexar release (and future ones). We will look into the Austin release process and see what was good and what was not so good. We'll discuss the various freezes, in particular the opportunity of a two-stage FeatureFreeze (BranchMergeProposalFreeze/BranchMergedFreeze), and of using a true Release Candidate stage. Finally we'll look into the guts of the release process and the branching involved.
