Thanks to the changes made in the support-lbaas blueprint, adding support for FWaaS is fairly trivial. We basically just need to add a couple of mappings in the yaml and we're done.

Note that there seems to be a race condition in the upstream FWaaS puppetry that may cause the FWaaS config file to not get set up on the first puppet run in some cases. I'll work on that as a separate bug, but we can consider the functionality implemented.
