Add Swift to AIO Node Deployment

Currently our all-in-one deployment scenario deploys block storage, but not object storage. We need to add Swift as an option for AIO deployments. That means we should have the option to deploy both swift proxy service sand swift data node services on a single node as part of the allinone class.
