XML import support in jenkins-job-builder

Old Jenkins instances can have many pre-existing job definitions. Translating each of the XML files to YAML by hand is tedious and error-prone. jenkins-job-builder should have an option to import a job's existing "config.xml" and translate it to YAML so this can be imported into Git.
