flow project support in jenkins-job-builder

This plugin provides flow management for other project. It handles complex build workflows as a dedicated entity in Jenkins. It comes with nice features like retrying n times a job, wait for simultaneous jobs completion before triggering a new one, the ability to start a job after a failure, etc.
The idea is to bring the flow project support into Jenkins Job Builder.
