Refactor groups portal authentication to use oauth2 instead of openid
The implemented openid.sreg extension not supports retrieval of profile picture urls at login, so we need to switch the authentication mechanism from openid to oauth2.
- apply a system-config change in drupal, groups and groups_dev modules to support ssl and ssl certifications
- issue x509 certs of groups-
- deploy oauth2 patch to groups repo.
