Disable the NumberLiterals cop
The NumericLiterals cop leads to us having to separate long integers with an underscore every 3 characters.
This seems unnecessary for our purposes (especially since the majority of long integers in our code are port numbers etc), and makes things less readable.
I'd like to go about disabling this cop, and ensuring all integers don't have an _
