Use platform family instead of platform

Moving to use platform_family instead of platform allows for supporting new platforms from the same family when they are added in ohai (e.g. supporting the new ibm_powerkvm which is in the rhel family) and also simplifies the cases where we need to account for multiple platforms from the same family e.g. (centos and redhat become rhel, ubuntu and debian become debian).
