Configure nova nodes to use spice instead of vnc

Current compute cookbook allows only to configure nova nodes and controller to use vnc and vnc proxy for graphical access to openstack instances.
Openstack has great support for much newer spice protocol. Configuration of which is documented here http://
Compute cookbook could support vnc or spice flavor.
