New defaults for neutron in icehouse
Neutron for icehouse release has changed many defaults and added new features.
- ML2 default core plugin
- agent down and report interval defaults
- nova interaction settings
- This requires obtaining the admin tenant UUID from keystone. Will need a new method in common to handle making keystone cli calls and then use that from network recipe.
