Configuration support for openstack Docker driver
This BluePrint aims at providing configuration enablement for Docker Driver and related services through common devOps tools such as Chef. This will enable deployment and configuration of nova-docker driver, glance repo configuration and any needed config to support seemless managment of docker nodes in openstack cloud.

Installation of nova docker driver based on configuration and then configure this driver as compute driver. Current installation method would be install from git source. Supported OSs are Rhel and Ubuntu
