Integration of VMware NSX in OpenStack Ansible
Add initial integration of NSX to OpenStack Ansible, so environments can be properly configured at deployment time. The assumptions here are that NSX has already been configured and compute nodes have been added to NSX as transport nodes, per the NSX best practices.
NSX does not require any Neutron agents and uses a different OVS bridge name (nsx-managed).
