Openvswitch with NSH support in Neutron

NSH (Network Service Header ) is a protocol which is heavily used in Service Function Chaining (SFC). The insertion of the NSH in a packet or a frame helps in the realization of service function paths. Also provides a mechanism for metadata exchange along the instantiated service path. The goal of this blueprint is to sketch the work needed to add NSH suppport in Openvswitch through the Neutron component.
