Integrate OpenDaylight with Openstack-Ansible

Registered by Juan Vidal

Neutron allows different backends through the use of the ML2 mechanism drivers. Some of these backends are already available as options for Openstack-Ansible (e.g. Dragonflow, Calico). The goal of this blueprint is to sketch the work needed to have the OpenDaylight SDN controller as a Neutron backend.
