Timeline Resizing

Currently the length of the timeline is fixed at 10 minutes. We need to add the ability to increase/decrease the length of the timeline when the following actions happen:
1) User updates the "project length" textbox (which should exist in the project save screen).
2) A clip is dragged past the end of the timeline... the timeline should just stretch.
3) The user is in "Resize mode", and clicks on the right edge of a track, and resizes the length of the timeline.
