When dragging and dropping clips, we need to have an option to show some sort of guides... or lines that indicate when you are lined up with another clip, on a different track. Possibly a green line that tells the user they are correctly lined up... and then the user would drop the clip. Without the guides, the user has to eye-ball it... and it's hard to line every thing up.

Extend that a bit and enable highlights and snapping to markers.
Also make snapping more prominent (maybe have a setting for how many frames it affects). It took me a while it actually is snapping to beginning/ending of videos in other tracks, and the current play-head position.
