Port openshot to use new feature of gtk3

Registered by moimael

Soon, all gnome apps should have been ported to use gtk3 which is not api compatible with gtk2.

So we will have to port openshot to use, for example, PyGobject instead of PyGtk (which is basically the same thing except that PyGobject support introspection), to use the new GtkApplication class for the single instance function, and port all ui files to gtk3 (we will have to wait glade support for gtk3).
